As a Service Champion , you’ll be the friendly face at the counter or drive-thru , greeting guests, taking orders, and making sure every customer walks away with a smile. You’ll be part of a supportive team that’s passionate about great food, great service, and growing together.

What You’ll Do as a Service Champion:

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm, friendliness, and respect
• Take customer orders with speed and accuracy—whether at the register, kiosk, or drive-thru
• Process payments and provide correct change
• Answer questions and resolve guest concerns in a positive, helpful way
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Work together with your team to ensure a smooth and fast-paced shift
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Live Taco Bell’s values of teamwork, positivity, and pride in what you do

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are at least 16 years old
• Have dependable transportation
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have strong communication and multitasking skills
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Are comfortable using a cash register and making change
• Can work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Love working with others and helping guests
• Are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a winning team
