Work Environment\n

The work setting for this role is primarily remote, within our telehealth framework. This innovative platform allows you to connect with clients via secure video conferencing, making therapy accessible to individuals regardless of their location. While you will engage with clients from the comfort of your home office, you will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, helping to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their specific circumstances.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services utilizing evidenced-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work closely with case managers and other specialists to ensure seamless coordination of care, discussing clients' progress in regular interdisciplinary meetings.

• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention during acute emotional distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and educating the public on available resources and services.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Display excellent organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n
