Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Highly Qualified Paraprofessionals for multiple openings within a local School District near the Minneapolis metro area. These positions provide an opportunity to support high school students while gaining valuable experience in one of Minnesota's largest school districts.

Position Details

• Position: High School Paraprofessional
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week
• Start Date: Approximately August 31, 2026
• Contract End Date: November 29, 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and instructional support to students and teachers
• Assist students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Support implementation of educational and behavioral plans
• Assist students throughout the school day as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators
• Assist with toileting and personal care needs when required

Highly Qualified Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications before presentation to the district:

✅ Pass the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (Highly Qualified Para Exam)

OR

✅ Complete at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required)
