Role Description This full-time, on-site Outpatient Therapist role is based in London, OH. The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to clients across diverse ages and backgrounds, using evidence-informed practices aligned with agency standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and coordinating care with internal and external providers to support comprehensive services. The role involves maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, participating in case consultations and team meetings, and contributing to continuity of care across the agency’s service lines. The therapist also plays a key role in promoting culturally responsive care and supporting clients in achieving their recovery and wellness goals. This position will be focused on substance use services and IOP. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to assess needs, develop goals, and coordinate services. Relevant licensure or eligibility (e.g., LISW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, MFT, LICDC or equivalent) in the state of Ohio is preferred or required, depending on level of practice. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is strongly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
