Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician with the Fluke Phoenix Team, you will assemble and test mechanical and electronic/electromechanical products according to work instructions, drawings, and procedures while keeping material areas clean and organized. This position works in our manufacturing facility and interacts with other manufacturing cell associates, planner buyer, and operations manager daily. Responsibilities Assemble and test mechanical and electromechanical products Tube fabrication including cutting, threading, and bending Cable fabrication including termination, crimping, and soldering Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and procedures Complete tests, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues Work within a daily management system including tracking key metrics Maintain a clean, safe, and 5S work area Help ensure proper material levels by using the material replenishment system Participate in continuous improvement Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency Good organization and communication skills Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Will provide on‑the‑job training (OJT) Pay Range 18.94 - 28.41 hourly (local currency) Bonus or Equity This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
