Quality Technician

Role Summary We are looking for a Quality Technician who takes pride in accuracy, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working with others to improve products and processes. In this role, you will partner with production and quality teams to inspect materials and finished products, collect and analyze data, and help resolve quality concerns. What You’ll Do Perform inspections and testing on raw materials and finished products Collect, document, and analyze quality data Identify quality concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement Follow established quality procedures and documentation requirements Partner with production and other departments to resolve quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Help ensure products meet company and customer quality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in a technical field preferred Experience At least two years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment Experience inspecting and testing raw materials and finished products Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends Experience using quality inspection tools and testing equipment Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous-improvement mindset Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and regulations What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$23.00, based on experience Two medical plan options Dental and vision coverage 100% company-paid life insurance 401(k) with a 5% company match, fully vested from day one Opportunities for training, development, and internal advancement A people-first culture that values hard work, integrity, accountability, and strong relationships Join Prinsco and help us build quality into everything we do. #J-18808-Ljbffr
