Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant to join a high‑performing team supporting a global client base with internationally registered entities. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting and regulatory filings, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit Fund Annual Returns (FARs) for Cayman Islands‑registered private funds Maintain accounting records for holding companies, supporting Economic Substance reporting Liaise directly with clients to obtain required data and ensure timely completion of deliverables Review work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and support Assist with technical queries and collaborate with auditors, legal teams, and other stakeholders Support billing processes through accurate data collection and verification Contribute to process improvements, system implementation, and documentation of procedures Ensure adherence to internal policies and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Support wider team projects and ad hoc business initiatives Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience Experience in statutory reporting and/or audit, ideally with exposure to funds or structured finance Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS Office Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr INSTANT IMPACT
