Job Description
Work Schedule: Per Diem, hours vary- 6am-6pm. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, on-call pay.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required. Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required.
Work Experience
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required. Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required.
