About the Role:

We are looking for an AI-native Content Marketing Specialist who is excited about the future of AI-powered marketing and eager to build next-generation content workflows for the Singapore market.

This role focuses on creating high-quality, SEO-, CRO-, and GEO-optimised content using a blend of AI tools and human insight.

Mission

Drive measurable growth in organic discovery, engagement, and conversions for the Singapore market through AI-powered content operations, combining SEO, CRO, GEO, and human editorial excellence at scale.

Key Outcomes:

Outcome 1 (1–2 Months): Improve Organic Content Performance

Improve organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation across priority Singapore content pages through high-impact SEO and GEO content initiatives.

• Optimise existing pages for rankings, readability, and conversions
• Create SEO-focused content aligned with user intent
• Contribute directly to pipeline growth through content optimisation initiatives

Outcome 2 (2–4 Months): Build High-Performance AI Content Workflows

Build scalable, high-quality AI-assisted content workflows that significantly improve content production efficiency while maintaining strong editorial, SEO, and brand standards.

• Review and refine AI-generated content before publishing
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency across content
• Reduce content production turnaround time through effective AI workflows
• Continuously improve prompting, editing workflows, and editorial QA processes
• Establish best practices for AI-enabled content creation within the team

Outcome 3 (4–6 Months): Drive AI-Driven Discovery Growth

Position Sleek's Singapore content to perform strongly across emerging AI-driven discovery platforms and generative search experiences.

• Optimise content structure, FAQs, and formatting for AI discoverability
• Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and E-E-A-T improvements across priority pages
• Monitor emerging AI search trends and apply insights to content strategy
