Software Engineer, Agent Architecture

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We need solid software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production-grade systems.
• We value high initiative and the ability to drive results in a highly autonomous environment.
• We are looking for 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• We require a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• It would be a plus to have experience building AI-powered systems or agent frameworks.
• It would also be beneficial to have experience with retrieval, evaluation systems, or LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with developer platforms or SDKs would be an advantage.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript would be especially helpful.

• We will have you build the core systems that power agents, including the Agent SDK, orchestration engine, runtime, and the primitives that shape how agents reason, act, and interact with users and systems.
• We will have you design the agentic loop and help define the primitives needed to make agents steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive in real-world settings.
• We will have you improve retrieval and grounding by building systems that help agents deliver accurate, trustworthy responses through better knowledge retrieval and usage.
• We will have you build evaluation systems and frameworks that allow us and our customers to measure and enhance agent quality over time.
