Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–17:30) | Sunday–Thursday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services within an acute care setting
• Perform and interpret Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC
• Float to additional campus locations as needed based on patient care demands

Required Qualifications

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — must be American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency in Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies
• Minimum 1.5 years of continuous experience in speech-language pathology specialty
• EPIC EMR experience within the last 6 months of work history

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
• Combined EPIC and Cerner EMR experience
• Travel healthcare experience with at least 1 year total and 6+ months of continuous travel leading up to submission
