About the Role

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory operations and supporting the inventory needs across multiple facilities. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering positive working relationships across all locations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach when working with teams at each facility. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues through both hands-on, on-site support, and digital systems.

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. Regular travel between facilities is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and execute procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory.

• Oversee inventory receiving to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Troubleshoot inventory issues to prevent the loss of company assets.

• Train and coach Inventory Specialists.

• Coordinate coverage for time-off requests with the Inventory Manager.

• Travel between assigned locations.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or supply chain operations.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.

• Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems efficiently.

• Basic math and computer proficiency.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.

• Reliable personal transportation.

• Open availability and schedule flexibility are required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel between assigned locations as business needs dictate.

Bonus If You Have

• Previous medical marijuana inventory experience.

• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.

• Knowledge of state-specific cannabis regulations.

• Previous management experience.

$52,500 - $52,500 a year

The salary for this position offers $52,500 yearly.
