Description Job Description: Full Time Member Service Representative/Teller We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs
- Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and services
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
- If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Prior experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be able to work flexible hours
