KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage all phases of site development projects. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the installation of underground "wet" utilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively and efficiently. Mentor and help to develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Actively and effectively communicate with the entire team – from the office to the field – to ensure overall project success. Drive innovative solutions to complex challenges. Attend industry meetings, events, and professional training courses.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on site development. Strongly preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects involving underground utilities and earthwork services. Preferred experience in preconstruction/estimating to support a comprehensive approach to the project lifecycle. A passion for, and commitment to, continuous learning and professional development.
