Job Summary Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Ford Diesel Technician to join our team at our Ruston, LA location. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford diesel vehicles while supporting a service department focused on quality, efficiency, and doing the job right. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically strong, and motivated to grow. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, producing quality repairs, and contributing to a shop that values accountability and teamwork.
