Summary Join Our Team at Mercy Medical Center – Now Hiring a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Chemotherapy Clinic (Glen Burnie) Responsibilities Our Clinical Nurses (RN) in Outpatient Chemotherapy independently provide care to adult patients with a focus in medical and surgical oncologic specialties such as breast, GYN and neuroendocrine tumors. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence-based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members. Shift: Days Requirements A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment) A license (RN) to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board One‒two years of clinical nursing experience in oncology strongly preferred Healthcare Provider-Level CPR certification Oncology Nurse Certified (OCN) preferred, or agreement to certify within one year of hire Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification within 6 months of hire Salary USD $38.58/hr. – USD $69.44/hr.
