Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our growing team! Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or customer service-oriented professionals looking to gain experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients;
• Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients;
• Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal;
• Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries;
• Input and track appropriate data into CRM system;
• Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish;
• Sales experience preferred;
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Strong multi-tasking skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Reliable internet connection;
• Previous work in a law firm a plus;
• College degree preferred, not required.
