We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our CFO Advisory team. This individual will support client delivery and execution across initiatives that help organizations improve decision-making, strengthen financial operations, and drive performance. In this role, you will contribute to key workstreams, perform analysis, and collaborate with team members and client stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate brings a consulting background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, practical solutions that support measurable business outcomes.


Target Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000

What You Will Work On

• Support delivery of transformation and advisory engagements that integrate strategy, finance, operations, people, processes, technology, and data to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Execute defined workstreams with little oversight, including market and data analysis, process documentation and assessment, and solution development
• Solicit and document business requirements, helping translate needs into practical solutions.
• Independently develop clear, client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across workstreams.
• Support implementation activities, including process improvements, system enhancements, and operating model changes.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and escalate appropriately to project leads.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical skills to support decision-making and project outcomes.
• Contribute to tools, templates, and deliverables that improve consistency and quality of work.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Coach more junior resources delivering on client engagements, when applicable
• Participate in internal initiatives and support the continued growth of the CFO Advisory segment and the overall Consulting business unit.

What You Will Bring

• 3-5 years of experience working in strategy or management consulting in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related field
• Experience supporting client engagements spanning strategy, transformation and operational improvement.
• Ability to understand client business models and adapt across industries.
• Experience developing clear, client-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with project delivery, including building project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and supporting issue resolution.
• Skills in performing market and data analysis as well as building reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate insights.
• Knowledge of finance transformation, FP&A, controllership and/or finance operations
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work across functions.
• High energy, strong integrity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management toolkit, including MS Project and Smartsheet
• Project or Change Management certification is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
