Outpatient ALS office setting

Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts

100% adult patient population

100% outpatient practice

Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day

EPIC EMR

Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers

This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

All of the following are required at Name Clear unless noted otherwise:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neurology or Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care - REQUIRED

Active NY license (or in process) - REQUIRED

BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Provider must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED

Previous physician work experience (not including training) with ALS (note # of years in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED

Provider must be interested in providing general Neurological care (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
