We’re Hiring: Feed Store & Warehouse Manager - Agricultural Sales | Argyle / North Fort Worth, TX Lab Supply is looking for a motivated, hands-on manager to help lead and grow our local feed and agricultural business. This is a unique position combining operations management, agricultural sales, customer relationship development, and hands-on leadership. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted resource within the local agricultural and equine community - building relationships with farms, ranches, horse owners, trainers, barns, and other customers while managing the day-to-day operation of our local warehouse/feed location. This individual will also play an important role in our local racetrack business, helping coordinate feed orders, customer needs, delivery schedules, and seasonal activity. What you’ll do: Develop relationships with local farms, ranches, equine customers, trainers, and agricultural businesses Make local farm and customer visits to develop new business Grow sales within the surrounding market Manage customer orders, inventory, pickups, and deliveries Coordinate feed orders and deliveries associated with local racetrack customers Oversee day-to-day warehouse and feed-store operations Maintain an organized, safe, customer-ready facility Lead by example and jump in wherever needed And when we say hands-on, we mean it. Our managers aren’t expected to stand on the sidelines. On a busy day, you may meet with a farm customer in the morning, coordinate a racetrack delivery after lunch, and then help your team load bags of feed or build a pallet before the truck leaves. We’re looking for someone who understands that taking care of the customer and the team comes first. Ideal background: agricultural/feed/equine sales, farm or ranch supply, feed-store operations, agricultural distribution, warehouse management, or a similar environment. Agricultural industry knowledge and existing relationships within the North Texas farm/equine community would be a significant plus.
