Role Description

Owns device management/metering workstream readiness across device configuration, meter-read processes, EDM, service orders, integration, conversion, and testing.

Responsible for:

Design decisions
Configuration scope management
Billing/MDM/Field dependencies coordination
Conversion validation
Testing oversight
Cutover execution
Hypercare monitoring

Key Deliverables

DM workstream plans
Design packages
Configuration workbooks
Test scenarios
Conversion validation results
Cutover checklists
Hypercare metrics
Knowledge Transfer (KT) materials

Critical Capabilities

Strong SAP IS-U DM/EDM expertise
Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes
Service Order Management
AMI/Field integrations
Team leadership
Defect and readiness governance
