Digital Marketing Assistant

Montessori Reggio Academy is hiring a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing department. In this role, you will assist the Head of Marketing with the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, digital advertising support, school photography and videography, reels, event coverage, and brand-focused content. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, and able to balance fresh ideas with attention to detail. This person should be comfortable working with a team, taking direction, meeting deadlines, and helping bring MRA’s brand, programs, events, and school community to life through high-quality digital content. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of maintaining a professional, polished, and on-brand image while creating content that is engaging, positive, and aligned with the standards of a private school environment.
