Healing Within Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, dependable, trustworthy Associate MFT, ACSW, APCC Therapist to join our small private practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, children, couples and families, providing therapeutic interventions to promote mental health and well-being. Candidate must be strong in multi-tasking, time management, open to learn, strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Finds balance in being organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently. Therapist will learn clinical skills and "business" side to a private practice setting.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct therapy with adults, children, couples, and families

- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

- Provide behavioral health assessments and interventions

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Utilize evidence-based practices and trauma-informed interventions

- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation

- Must work with and maintain 18-20 clients per week

- Responsible for ALL clinical documentation, i.e., progress notes, patient assessments, service/treatment plans, and other forms/records as required in a timely manner

- Responsible for client scheduling

-Adhere to time requirements, note taking and submission deadlines for documentation and reporting

Skills:

- Must have Master's degree in Clinicial psychology, Social work, or related field in counseling

- Must be registered as an associate with the BBS (AMFT, ASW, APCC, etc.)

- Strong background in behavioral health interventions

- Skilled in patient care and empathy

- Proficient in individual counseling techniques

Weekly supervision provided.

Pay based off experience and caseload

Flexible work schedule

Office space provided and located in Lompoc. Telehealth allowed.

IN PERSON PREFERRED, but not required

Billing services provided
