We equip leaders for tomorrow, inspire new ways of thinking, and build critical capabilities through targeted interventions, including working sessions, workshops, offsites, and more.As a Sales & Marketing Practice consultant, you'll work directly with sales and marketing leaders from some of the world's leading corporations, including Global 100 companies. You'll learn how their go-to-market strategies and businesses work—how they sell, how they structure their commercial organizations, and what drives performance in the field. You'll contribute to identifying and shaping the key behaviors required to execute sales and marketing strategies, and help translate them into learning experiences and simulations that build capability.We work in small teams to develop designed experiences—think customized business simulations or app-based digital learning—then we facilitate these engagements with our clients in working sessions that incorporate humor, fun, and competition. As a BA1–C2 consultant, you'll be an active contributor to these experiences: supporting design, helping build content, and stepping into facilitation roles as your skills develop.There are no industry verticals at BTS, and you will work with a variety of clients on different types of projects. You'll be staffed on multiple engagements at a time, across different industries and with different internal teams. As a Consultant in the Sales & Marketing practice, you will have the opportunity to work across commercial topics including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and marketing transformation.When you're not facilitating an offsite with your teammates, you'll spend your time designing these experiences—interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and learning. This is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. As your skills and career grow, you'll take on more responsibility to lead workstreams, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of other BTSers.We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when you're not traveling. As for travel, we do that differently than most consulting firms: you'll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create.
