Diesel Technician

We are hiring Diesel Technicians / Truck Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on new and late-model semi-trucks. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in diesel engine repair, heavy-duty truck maintenance, and fleet service. We are actively hiring at all experience levels, including: Entry-level / recent tech school graduates Mid-level technicians with hands-on experience Senior diesel mechanics Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes) Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks Repair and service: Diesel engines (Cummins, Volvo, Mack, Detroit, etc.) Brake systems, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor Work closely with service advisors and service managers Deliver high-quality, efficient repairs while maintaining productivity Provide excellent customer-focused service Qualifications High school diploma or GED Diesel technician school or technical training is preferred but not required Experience with semi-truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – preferred, not required Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic Minimum 18 months diesel repair or mechanical experience (preferred, not required for entry-level roles) Ability to work in a shop environment and collaborate with a team Must own a basic set of tools What We Offer: Paid training & OEM certifications Career growth for entry-level through master diesel technicians Competitive salary and benefits package, including an ESOP program.
