Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, Music, or related field
• State teaching certification or eligibility for certification in secondary math and general music/choir instruction
• Demonstrated success teaching math at the secondary level
• Experience leading choir, general music classes, and some introductory band work
• Flexibility to adapt between traditional high school and Montessori learning approaches
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents
