Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for an experienced Director of Compliance to own our enterprise compliance program. This is a leadership role for a compliance professional ready to build the infrastructure, lead the audits, and develop the team that allows PRI to scale responsibly under CMS and URAC regulation. What you will do
*Own PRI's compliance program across IDRE, IRO, and CMS-governed programs
*Lead regulatory and URAC audit relationships as primary compliance owner
*Build and maintain the compliance risk register and compliance calendar
*Develop and lead the compliance team
*Serve as the internal expert on No Surprises Act and CMS IDR regulations What we are looking for
*10+ years compliance experience including 3+ years in a leadership role
*CMS and No Surprises Act / IDR regulatory knowledge preferred
*URAC or NCQA audit experience
*Track record of building compliance infrastructure, not just maintaining it
*Healthcare or regulated services industry required Why PRI
