Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Clinical Excellence and Quality Coordination RN:

• Lead and coordinate staff education, orientation, and ongoing training programs
• Promote clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and outcomes
• Support staff competency development and provide mentorship and coaching
• Assist with survey readiness and participate in regulatory audits
• Track and report quality metrics, trends, and action plans

 

Qualifications

Requirements of the  Clinical Excellence and Quality Coordination RN:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Current RN license in PA.

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.

• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
