Detailed Job Description:
1. Data Pipeline Development
• Design, build, and maintain ADF pipelines, dataflows, and orchestrations for ingestion, transformation, and load processes.
• Implement Snowflake ELT pipelines including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and stored procedures.
• Develop incremental and batch data ingestion patterns from multiple source systems (APIs, files, databases, cloud systems).


2. Snowflake Development
• Create and optimize Snowflake objects (databases, schemas, warehouses, roles, tables, views, UDFs).
• Implement data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema, SCD, normalization).
• Optimize performance using clustering, micro-partitions, query tuning, and warehouse sizing.


3. Azure Cloud Integration
• Work with Azure services: ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Databricks (preferred).
• Implement DevOps CI/CD for ADF and Snowflake using Azure DevOps/Git.


4. Collaboration & Documentation
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and SMEs to understand business requirements.
• Document technical designs, data flows, lineage, and development standards.
