Workday Report Analyst Lead
Virtual Vocations Inc
Leading the development of Workday Human Capital Management reports, the full-time remote Workday Report Analyst Lead will guide best practices in report creation, collaborate on various projects, and devise solutions for HR challenges when IT options are unavailable. Key responsibilities Develop and manage Workday HCM reports for Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems, and Benefits Guide the team on best practices for report development and distribution Collaborate with teams on new projects, year-end processes, and ad hoc data analysis Required qualifications Minimum of eight years of analytical work experience Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience, or a quantitative degree with five years of experience Proven experience with the Workday Human Capital Management platform is preferred
