Hose Assembler

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Hose Assembler for a growing industrial manufacturing company in Houston, Texas.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble industrial hose products according to customer specifications
• Install fittings, connectors, and components while ensuring proper alignment and secure assembly
• Operate assembly equipment and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform pressure testing and quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Read work orders, production instructions, and specifications accurately
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment throughout the assembly process
• Record inspection and testing results while maintaining accurate production documentation
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed work instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
