Michelle Farmer is a Made in the USA luxury women’s wear brand known for effortless chic design, exceptional craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. Each piece is lovingly created in our West Palm Beach atelier and sold through our boutiques in Southampton, Palm Beach, The Boca Raton, and Mizner Park. About the Role The Sales Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role. The Sales Manager drives results through personal styling, strategic client development, and structured team training. You will coach the team in product knowledge, styling expertise, and relationship-building to ensure sales goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate leads by example, fosters accountability, and creates a culture of excellence that reflects our brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through ongoing training in styling, product knowledge, and luxury selling techniques Partner with the Store Manager to set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized styling and consistent follow‑up Build and grow a strong client book through outreach, appointments, and concierge‑level service Support and execute in‑store events, trunk shows, and bespoke appointments Oversee custom and special orders to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Maintain elevated visual merchandising and operational standards Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth Qualifications 4+ years of luxury retail sales experience, with leadership responsibility Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed performance goals Strong experience in training and developing high‑performing teams Expertise in clienteling and delivering personalized styling experiences Deep understanding of luxury sales techniques and product knowledge Experience with custom or bespoke orders preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury retail environment Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and exceptional service Why Join the Michelle Farmer Team At Michelle Farmer, you are not simply joining a retail team — you are becoming part of a luxury brand built on craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence.
