Senior Associate – Family Law Location: Santa Clara County, CA (Hybrid) Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-time Are you a seasoned family law litigator who thrives in high-conflict cases and complex financial matters? Seabrook Law Offices is seeking a Senior Associate with deep courtroom experience to handle sophisticated, contested family law cases across Northern California. This is not a training role or a general family law position. The ideal candidate brings substantial litigation experience , sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to independently handle demanding cases involving complex asset division and emotionally charged disputes. The Role As a Senior Associate, you will: Take primary responsibility for a complex, litigation-heavy family law caseload Lead high-conflict cases from initial strategy through trial or resolution Litigate matters involving complex asset division , support disputes, and contested custody issues Appear regularly in court and deliver polished, persuasive advocacy Draft and negotiate sophisticated marital settlement agreements Strategically prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings and trial Supervise paralegals and ensure all pleadings and filings meet exacting firm standards Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client advocacy This role requires demonstrated excellence in family law litigation.
