Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:

• Join a collaborative team environment with 2 MDs and 3 APPs, with plans to expand to include 2 additional MDs
• Anticipated Monday through Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
• 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Serve a diverse patient population of 85,000+ across the Proctor/Duluth, MN service area
• OB experience is optional but welcomed
• Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management
• Participate in a combined phone-only call system shared with sister clinic Lakewalk to support work-life balance
• BC/BE in Family Practice required
