Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Hands-on or working familiarity with commercial painting techniques, substrates, and application methods.
• Product Expertise: Deep understanding of industrial coatings, specialty paints, and technical data sheets.
• Project Estimating: Ability to read blueprints, calculate square footage, and estimate material needs.
• Proven experience in Commercial Painting Sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Proficiency in major Plan software programs
• Creative and out of the box thinker
• Word / Excel / Plan reading software
• Deal closer

Position Description:

1.0: Generate sales leads with perspective customers

2.0: Meet with clients

3.0: Measuring out interior and exterior paintable surfaces

4.0: Generate Scopes of Work

Position Responsibilities:

1.0: Meet with clients by appointment

2.0: Examining structures and buildings, understanding the techniques needed to paint different types of applications like walls, ceilings, doors, metal... etc. and account for various elements of a building.

3.0: Understand how to read client provided building plans, calculate walls, ceilings, doors square footage.

4.0: Have extensive knowledge on measuring out interior and exterior paintable surfaces.

5.0: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings

6.0: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scope work.

7.0: Prepare sales reports on Excel and forecasts for management review

8.0: In office work and meet clients at their location environment
