SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Location & Schedule 421 North Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, FL 32723. Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary. Weekends required. Schedule details will be discussed during interview. Compensation Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior food service experience is required.
