Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually


Location: Fort Collins, CO


Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, sales tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Prepare financial analyses and recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
• Improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Supervise and support a small finance team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, finance, or banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, ADP, Zoho, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
