We are actively hiring Clinical Research Coordinator Assistants at our Clinical Trials of Texas site in San Antonio! The Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant is critical in supporting the Clinical Research Coordinators and the research team in providing an impeccable patient experience in every interaction. Your role will include a variety of tasks, from patient recruitment, source documentation, data entry, and direct patient interaction during site visits. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Location: 5430 Fredericksburg Rd., Suite 200, San Antonio, TX 78229 RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants.Coordinate and manage the scheduling of trials and maintain communication with participants.Collect, organize, and process clinical data from trials.Maintain source documentation from patient visits and protocol activitiesWork alongside clinical research coordinators to conduct patient visits.Once trained, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and/or other diagnostic procedures as neededLearn, understand, and comply with rules and regulations governing medical ethics, IRB, GCP, and ICH guidelinesProvide administrative support to research staff by organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.Additional duties as assigned by management.
