Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $62.47/hour (plus applicable differential)

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on nursing care in a busy surgical environment.
• Scrub in and assist during complex surgeries, including liver transplants and other critical procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot DaVinci Xi Robot equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure patient care quality standards.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
• Support unit needs with flexible day shifts, including call coverage as required.

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or applicable state license
• BLS certification
• NIH Level 1 Trauma experience
• 2+ years of OR RN experience
• Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot (must rate 3/4 or higher)
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• EPIC & BLS certifications

• Experience with Neuro or Orthopedic service lines
• Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns
• Ability to scrub during surgeries
