Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Blauvelt, New York Type: Direct Hire with Benefits Compensation: $50-60K, plus commission potential Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week (8am to 5pm) Who we are: System One is looking to expand its dynamic team of recruiting professionals.
What you'll do:- Source, recruit, and onboard production and manufacturing candidates
- Evaluate and assess candidate qualifications
- Interview candidates
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent
- Ensure all employees satisfy compliance requirements
- Build employee/manager relationships
- Generate leads and market intelligence
- Coordinate, document, and track new employees
- Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Provide timecard support
- Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns
- Create and deliver employee reporting materials
- Prior Recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to meet established performance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
