Marketing Content Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Content Manager to help showcase the people, projects, and culture for a civil construction contractor.

Responsibilities

Create photo, video, and drone content from active construction projects.
Produce engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage social media strategy and content calendars.
Develop campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Tell compelling stories about employees, projects, and equipment.
Track analytics and optimize content performance.
Support recruiting efforts, events, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
Experience with drones; FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
Knowledge of social media platforms and audience growth strategies.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
