Territory Sales Representative

Belmont Enterprises is looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and support our customers in the State of Arkansas. Ideally living in the Little Rock area. We represent a wide range of construction, safety, and industrial product lines, everything from tools and coatings to PPE and job site essentials. You’ll manage existing accounts while developing new business, building long-term relationships with distributors and industrial clients who count on dependable products and responsive service. What You’ll Do Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts while developing new business within your territory Visit customers on-site to understand needs and recommend the right product solutions Track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on progress using Salesforce Conduct product demos and presentations to support purchasing decisions Collaborate with inside sales and marketing to align territory efforts Track market activity and competitor trends to identify new opportunities What You’ll Bring Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, industrial supply, or related technical fields Strong skills in territory management and account development A track record of prospecting and closing new business Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Strong familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform A proactive, independent work style and problem-solving mindset Why Belmont Belmont Enterprises has been trusted by our industrial customers for decades.
