The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed nursing facility focusing on short term rehabilitation and memory care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We want our employees to enjoy a long career in healthcare!Pay: $34-$38/hr. this will include working every other weekendHours:AM: every other weekend 5:30 am to 2:00 pmPM: 6 days per pay period 2pm to 10:30 pmPM: 8 or 10 days per pay period 4 hr shift position: 6 pm to 10:30 pmPRNJob Responsibilities:Medication administrationEvaluation of long term care and rehab residentsApplying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residentsObserving residents and appropriately documentingAbility to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperationFollow safety guidelinesMUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendanceSkillsMUST have an RNExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesBS or other diploma from a nursing program1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
