Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Part Time Supervisor 7a-3pm Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Position Summary Whitney Rehabilitation Care Centeris seeking a qualified RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility on weekend. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a RN Supervisor. This position requires team management skills, problem-solving attitude and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Oversee the nursing department for clinical and staffing needs. Manage admissions and discharges. Supervise nursing staff assigned and allocateduties to LPNs and nursing assistants, as needed. Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status of residents. Implement established nursing policies and procedures. Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic protocols Respond to need for staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff. Other special projects and duties, as assigned. Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Proven work experience as a RN nursing supervisor. Team management skills. Great communication and people skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Organizational and problem-solving skills.
