Senior Health Actuary

Senior Health ActuaryClient-facing health actuarial consultant. Closer to a consulting leadership role than a modelling-heavy individual contributor position, because client relationships, presentations, business development, and team development are central. Senior Health Actuary role in Marsh's Actuarial and Financial Group, serving large employer health and benefits clients from Seattle or another location near a Marsh office. You'll lead complex consulting engagements, deliver strategic recommendations, develop team members, support business development, and help build the health actuarial practice. ASA or FSA is required, with a hybrid schedule of at least three office days weekly.Strongly preferred:Consulting experience with large group health clients (10,000+ lives)Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentationsExperience leading and developing team membersASA or FSA credentialNice to have:Demonstrated success in business development and growth opportunitiesExperience leading intellectual capital projects in health actuarial servicesExpertise in innovative networks, health plans, data science, or predictive analyticsDomain: Group health and benefits actuarial consulting.
