Member Center Manager

Argent Credit Union's Member Center Manager leads branch execution, daily operations, member service, compliance, performance, and team development. The role is based in Retail, reports to the Senior Manager, Branch Operations, and does require coverage at other branches.

Branch leadership and operations: The manager coaches and develops the Retail Team, implements organizational strategies, monitors branch activity, supports growth and efficiency, maintains compliance and security controls, resolves member and team concerns, and promotes staff knowledge and professional development.

Performance and service management: Responsibilities include conducting quarterly and annual evaluations, recommending improvement, recognition, or promotion, managing corrective action when needed, partnering with Training, and ensuring consistent service standards that support member financial well-being.

Core competencies: The position emphasizes decision making, leadership, resource and process management, personal effectiveness, teamwork, business ethics, communication, conflict resolution, innovation, performance coaching, and sales skills.

Qualifications and employment terms: Candidates need five years of branch operations and member experience and at least three years of branch supervisory/management experience; Financial Service Representative and Member Service Representative experience is required. The role involves typical indoor office work and handling light to medium weights of 1 to 25 pounds.
