Call Center Tech Support Rep

Come join us and be one of the friendly voices of our tech support team! As a TSR, you’ll listen to the caller and use your technical expertise and passion for outstanding customer service to answer questions about products and services and/or troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to internet connectivity. These solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password issues, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software setup, power cycling equipment, assisting with computer navigation and troubleshooting email issues.

We offer competitive wages (starting wage up to $14.00/hour based on experience and skills), performance
bonuses and benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) retirement with a company match!
Shift differentials (additional compensation) for evening and weekend shifts. 
We also provide two weeks of paid, mandatory training. Must be available to attend training during specified hours.
