Travel Physical Therapist - $2,070 per week

Job Overview We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Yorktown, VA. This is a full-time, 13-week contract beginning 05/10/2026 . Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to residents and patients in the SNF. Document care plans, procedures, and progress notes as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care. Attend shift meetings and maintain communication with facility staff. Qualifications Active VA Licensed Physical Therapist with SNF UNIT designation. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
