General Surgery Trauma PA - Per Diem

Job Requirements
Employed full-time position with Health First at Holmes Regional Medical Center, a Level 2 Trauma Center in Melbourne, FL
Schedule: variable, could pick up days, mid shifts or nights.
Mix of trauma and emergent general surgery admissions, consults, rounding, procedures, and assisting in surgical procedures as a first assist
Work Experience
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current PA license.
Certification by the NCCPA.
Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider completion card prior to start date and maintain.
At least 2 years of Trauma and Surgical first assist experience required, ATLS preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work effectively with a team
