We are seeking an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to perform essential environmental maintenance and support post-construction stormwater and lift station systems. This role assists the Crew Manager with administrative tasks and involves regional travel to support critical water management infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general environmental maintenance to maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds.
  • Operate landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, and chainsaws.
  • Remove and properly dispose of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems.
  • Drive and maneuver company vehicles, specifically a pick-up truck and trailer.
  • Execute extensive physical labor across a variety of weather conditions.
  • Assist the Crew Manager with necessary paperwork and daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating basic landscaping equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving a truck and trailer.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for 4-5 days a week.
  • Ability to comfortably perform extensive physical labor in diverse weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, ability to drive a company vehicle, and insurability under the company's auto policy.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana due to safety-sensitive DOT regulations.
